Must be motivated, forward-thinking individuals interested in learning techniques of production growing and a desire to develop skills in IPM, WPS, PGRs, climate control systems, irrigation, fertility & cost management. | EXPERIENCED GROWER |
| Our premier Midwest perennial production facility is in search of a quality oriented, hands on experienced Grower. Candidate must have experience in the horticultural industry. Functional knowledge in IPM, WPS, PGRs, climate control systems, irrigation and fertility desired. Must be able to prioritize, organize and delegate tasks in order to attain production goals. Help lead our growing team in ensuring the use of efficient and safe agricultural practices by all field personnel. Help identify production weakness and test agricultural practices to improve quality, yields, consistency and operational cost reduction. Support company policy to comply with all safety and environmental protection standards. Help build, maintain and motivate a diverse team.
Compensation based on relevant experience/education. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
