Hampshire Farms is seeking quality oriented associates to work in the Greenhouse. Under the supervision of the Director of Greenhouse Operations and Greenhouse Crew Leader, the ideal candidate is a hands on individual who is motivated and forward-thinking.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Potting plants/seedlings
- Transplanting plants to larger pots
- Moving plants from one location to another
- Tagging and applying labels to plants for retail sales
- Loading plants onto large carts for shipping
- Working with Greenhouse equipment
- Placing plants in sleeves
- Various duties required in a greenhouse setting
- Job duties will require standing for long periods, bending, stooping, squatting & lifting repeatedly
- Must be able to work outdoors or in a greenhouse environment during rain, shine, heat or cold
- Flexible to work overtime as needed; within the shift hours or weekends
